The Future Is Now
Okay, cheesy title, but I ran out of ideas.
It turns out that there is a cadre of UF student government types who have read my book, “Reunion at University Avenue” – perhaps because I sent a copy down to Glenda when it was published, and like any book on campus, it’s been read and re-read.
Which is cool. So, in honor of the new crop of Independents at UF, I’ll resume work on editing my second book (perhaps in time for the Spring election), and while I hunt for my Dell thingy (see post below), I’ll work on the “prequel”.
The second book and (most especially) the third book of the Mike Adams series detail a university honorary still very much a part of SG, but it’s power has diminished. So, a wonderful concept would be to show how that power began dwindling, to the point where they are desparate enough….
Ah, I said too much. Needless to say, I’ve got a fourth book in the early pre-planning stages, that I may move ahead of the original ending to the trilogy so I don’t have to immediately start from sratch on the third book all over again.
And, to reiterate, I’m hopeful I can do the editing job myself and get the second book available to the public before too long, so those wonderful new independents can read so more of my work.
We’ll be eagerly awaiting it. 😉
Well, cross your fingers – it might not make it to Amazon, etc., before the election, but I should have enough time to send a copy or two down there.
