Proofreader Wanted
I need an editor/proofreader for “The Proxy Senator”. Two friends of mine who offered to help no longer have the time to give to this project, at least if I want to complete the novel before the end of the year. So, if you are at all willing and able, please drop me a line. “The Proxy Senator” clocks in around the same length as “Reunion at University Avenue” – that is, about 220 pages, depending on formatting.
“The Proxy Senator” is a novel about Mike Adams, a former fiction writer who gets hoodwinked into running for the U.S. Senate, and finds himself in a world where the lines of loyalty and character are blurred, but discovers a new certainty and purpose when the one person he relies on the most gets kidnapped.
I hope to have this novel released through Lulu by the end of the year. Work has already begun on a third novel, “Confirmation”, which I hope to complete sometime in 2006.
I prefer working with people who have written books! I have edited/ghostwritten two books for E.W. Scotty Berry, and I myself am a bestselling author with 7+ years in publishing. Please see my ad which will appear in Writers Journal soon…. And my resumé is available below and on Sologig (searchable under proofreader, writer, and editor) and Careerbuilder.
