Countdown to Graduation!
Hey gang! I’ve been promoted to Grievance Committee chair for The Funds’ Employees’ Union. This means I get a seat on the executive board and a potential say in contract negotiations. This also means I won’t be in a rush to find a job just yet.
Also, my last academic assignment (ever!) is due on May 5th. I am all set to receive my master’s degree in political management from George Washington University on May 16th, although I doubt I’ll attend the impersonal university-wide ceremony. GSPM is having a smaller gathering in July that I may go to instead.
No news yet on the literary front, because I put off mailing new query letters. I’ll do that after May 5th. However, I have begun plotting “Confirmation,” the third and final chapter in this SG-related trilogy I’ve been working on. I’ll let you know more once I began real work on it.
